Merry Christmas everyone! I made two different looking swiss roll cakes for this christmas to celebrate and bring out some mood for Christmas as my family does not really celebrate it. And around Christmas a lot of friends will all be celebrating with families etc, so it becomes very lonely and boring LOL 独ぼっちで、寂しいだよね〜 （笑）
The main one I was trying to make and did some drawing and designing for, was the log looking swiss roll. It is a chocolate butter frosting on the outside with patterns made from using a fork. The inside is a fluffy and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate sponge cake, filled with whipped cream and diced strawberry, peach, and kiwi fruit. The top is garnished with raspberry and mint leaves.
Looks pretty doesn't it? And it was SOOOOOO yummy too!
We had really good summer weather too today. Was raining for the last week mostly, so that's very nice. But it's soooo hot! And now I'm feeling zzZZZ hahahah And I'm happy with my little tiny christmas tree, けっこ可愛いですよね フフフ
